OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TAMPA AI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY. ## Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tampa AI from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another. ## Term and Termination These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services.
